Scope: These are the terms and conditions governing the provision of private medical services in the United Kingdom. 

Importance: Please carefully review these terms before booking an appointment. They outline who we are, the details of the private medical services, contract modifications or termination, problem resolution, and other essential information. If you find any errors or need changes, contact us for discussion.

Communication Method: The term “writing” includes emails. 

Our Contract with You 

Acceptance of Appointment: Your appointment is accepted when we email you, creating a contract between you and us. Or when it is accepted on our booking system. 

Unable to Accept Appointment: If we cannot accept, no charges apply. This might occur due to unexpected resource limitations. 

UK Services Only: We provide private medical services exclusively within the UK. 

Age Restrictions: Appointments are for adults or appropriately accompanied by children. Children under 16 require the legal guardian’s involvement and written consent. 

Your Rights to Make Changes 

If you need to alter the appointment, contact us at least 24 hours before. (Please also see our cancellation policy). We’ll confirm the change’s feasibility, propose alternatives, and await your confirmation. 

Our Rights to Make Changes 

Minor Changes: We may make minor adjustments to services due to legal or technical reasons. 

Significant Changes: For substantial changes, we will notify you, allowing cancellation with a refund. 

Providing the Services 

Appointment: Services are provided on the scheduled appointment date. 

Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control. 

Non-Attendance: If you miss an appointment without a valid reason, charges may apply. Failure to reschedule may lead to contract termination. 

Required Information: Failure to provide necessary information may result in contract termination or additional charges. 

Your Rights to End the Contract 

You retain the right to cancel your agreement with us. The consequences of ending the contract hinge on the nature of the services, our performance and the timing of your decision. 

Inadequate Services: If we fail to deliver private medical services properly, you may legally terminate the contract, request service re-performance, or seek a partial or full refund. 

Contract Termination: Should you wish to conclude the contract due to our actions or announced plans, see clause 7.2. The contract concludes immediately, and we will refund you for any services not provided, along with potential compensation. Valid reasons include: We informed you of upcoming changes to services or terms that you disagree with. Suspension of service supply for technical reasons exceeding 4 weeks, or notification of such suspension. Legal entitlement to terminate due to improper service provision. 

Change of Mind: If you decide to change your mind about receiving services, you may be eligible for a refund, with potential deductions. 

No Right to Change Mind: No change-of-mind right applies to private medical services once you’ve attended your appointment and we’ve provided the services, even if the cancellation period is ongoing. 

How to Cancel an Appointment 

Cancellation Process: Notify us through phone, email, or post.  

Refund Policy: Refunds are possible if notified in advance. Please refer to our cancellations policy. 

Our Rights to Cancel an Appointment 

Cancellation by Us: We may cancel if payment is overdue or essential information is not provided. 

Compensation: If we cancel for the above reason, then you are liable for the scheduled appointment’s cost.

Price and Payment 

Service Price: Prices vary, indicated during booking. We adjust for VAT rate changes. 

Pricing Errors: If a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you for instructions. 

Payment: Full payment is required in advance. Failure to pay may result in appointment cancellation.  

More Important Terms 

Transfer of Agreement: We may transfer this agreement, ensuring it doesn’t affect your rights. 

No Third-Party Rights: Only you and us have rights under this contract. 

Illegal Clauses: If any clause is illegal, the rest remains in force. 

Enforcement Delay: Delayed enforcement doesn’t waive our right to enforce later. 

Governing Law: English law governs these terms, and legal proceedings can be brought in English courts. 

You may use alternative dispute resolution if you are not happy with our handling of your complaint.
