Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or reschedule your medical appointment?

We’re here to assist you in cancelling or rescheduling any medical appointments to a more suitable date. To initiate a cancellation or request a rescheduled appointment, please reach out to us via email at info@themedicalhubuk.co.uk or give us a call at 0151 722 1944.

If there’s a specific reason prompting you to cancel without rescheduling, kindly let us know so we can address it for future improvement.

Please note the cancellation policy for GP led clinics is different to our specialist clinics. (please see table below)

For specialist clinics, a seven-day notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will result in a loss of payment, as we are unable to reallocate this time to support other patients.

Specialist clinics must be paid in full within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

We will ask you for a £50 deposit to book most of our Services. The table below illustrates our cancellation policy.
