Menopause is a natural biological process that marks the end of a woman’s menstrual cycles. It typically occurs in women in their late 40s or early 50s but this can vary. It’s estimated that there are around 13 million people who are currently peri or menopausal in the UK. With menopause comes a wide range of uncomfortable and challenging symptoms that last up to a few years, massively impacting an individual’s quality of life.
