This is a personal service where you will be treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. I have used this service for a medical assessment of my son that I would have waited 2 years for on the NHS! It was a fraction of the cost of other private providers also. Then another occasion for a visit to the GP who was amazing! I was seen on time with no waiting, I had received my prescription and taken the medication within 30 minutes and felt 100% better! I have sent many friends to this practice and not one person has had a bad experience. I recommend this place 1000% Previous to this, I had called my own gp to be told there was no appointments and to go to the walk in where there would be able to do and prescribe anything I needed. This information was untrue! I wasted a whole morning sat in the walk in to be told they couldn’t do anything for me except prescribe me medication I could of bought over the counter! I understand the NHS is under a lot of pressure and are unable to deliver the service they once used to, but this is why this place is a god send! for £50 I was seen and sorted within 15 mins I would of given 10x that amount the pain I was in. I have been using Racheal now for around 2–3 yrs for my aesthetics and skin storm facials , Racheal is amazing and knows her stuff i would highly recommend her . I’ve had sculptra , Botox , polynucleotides and skin storm facials . As a family we’ve also seen Jello at the clinic for jabs for our holidays who also was extremely knowledgeable. The clinic offer private adhd screening , hormone clinics ect they are just amazing

This type of remote consultation may be used if you are unable to attend the Practice face to face or if you need advice that does not warrant the need to visit a Doctor. Online consultations are useful if you are seeking information about any health needs. It can be useful in diagnosing some health problems and the Doctor you speak to online can sometimes initiate treatment and investigations. There will be occasions when the advice given in an online consultation will result in confirming the need to see a Doctor at The Medical Hub Group Limited or your NHS GP face to face.
Guidelines
You must not use online consultations if you think your problem is urgent or an emergency. Online consultations should, under no circumstance, be used if you are experiencing a medical emergency, such as chest pain, breathlessness, stroke, severe abdominal pains. if you have an urgent or an emergency health need you should immediately dial 999 or seek alternative emergency medical services.

By agreeing to using our online services you are accepting these Terms and Conditions in full. The Medical Hub Group Limited enables individuals in England to connect online to receive medical advice and obtain relevant administrative services where medically appropriate. Our Doctors are qualified and experienced general practitioners (GPs) registered with the UK General Medical Council (GMC). Our system does enable you to choose a particular Doctor if you book an appointment online.
IT Requirements
The Medical Hub Group Limited will make all reasonable efforts to connect you to our Doctors (or other suitable healthcare professional) subject to minimum specification requirements such as supported browser and internet connection speeds.
Information You Provide
The relationship between Healthcare Professionals and Patients is based on trust. Any medical advice offered and/or diagnosis provided by The Medical Hub Group Limited is based on your description of the symptoms affecting you and/or any personal health information that you provide to us.
You confirm that any information you provide to us is accurate and to the best of your knowledge. You accept that you may choose to provide only some elements of your medical information, but this may have a negative impact on The Medical Hub Group Limited’s ability to provide you with adequate medical care.
You will be given options for medical record sharing during the booking process for each consultation and it is your choice to share your consultation and medical record with your NHS GP. You will be required to give us the name and address of the NHS GP Practice that you are currently registered with to enable The Medical Hub Group Limited to share your records. If you do not wish to share your records The Medical Hub Group Limited will give you a copy of your consultation with us which you can choose to share with your NHS GP.
ID
You will be asked to confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and possess the legal right, capacity and ability, on your own behalf to accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You will be required to provide us with photographic identification and proof of address, and you may be asked to confirm this again at the start of your online consultation.
Your Medical Record
The Medical Hub Group Limited will make a record of your consultation and you will be given a copy on request. If you share any photographic images with us these will be stored on our system only with your explicit consent and you may request to access these. Any images of you held at The Medical Hub Group Limited will be stored and retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
Privacy
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you understand and have read The Medical Hub Group Limited’s Patient Privacy Notice.
