About our ADHD service

ADHD care that doesn’t leave you waiting

Our dedicated team of ADHD specialists provide comprehensive, personalised care for adults and children living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. We recognise the impact ADHD can have on individuals and families, and we work hard to create a supportive, empathetic environment from the first appointment onwards.

Whether you’re seeking a diagnosis for the first time or you’ve already been diagnosed elsewhere and need your medication reviewed, there’s a clear route in — and you’ll know exactly what it costs before you book.

Not sure whether an assessment is right for you?

Take our free ADHD symptom checker. Six questions, about two minutes, and nothing is saved or shared. You’ll get a result you can print and bring to your appointment.

This is an informal guide, not a diagnosis. Whatever your result, you can still book an assessment if you feel you need support.

ADHD assessment FAQs

How much does an ADHD assessment cost?

A comprehensive ADHD assessment is £600 and includes your diagnostic report if you are diagnosed, communication with your GP, and free medication titration. Medication itself is not included and is charged separately by the dispensing pharmacy.

I was diagnosed elsewhere — can you manage my medication?

Yes. Our medication titration service is £150 and is designed for patients already diagnosed by another provider. We review your diagnosis and medical history, optimise your medication, and make dose adjustments or medication changes where clinically appropriate.

Do you assess children as well as adults?

Yes. We assess and treat both adults and children.

Are appointments online or in person?

Both. Assessments can be carried out online or face-to-face at our clinic on Queens Drive in Wavertree, Liverpool. Our titration service is delivered online with face-to-face appointments available in Liverpool.

Will you write to my GP?

Yes — GP communication is included as standard in the comprehensive ADHD assessment.

Is there an extra charge for medication titration?

No. There is no additional medication titration fee when you have your ADHD assessment with The Medical Hub.

How do I know if it’s worth getting assessed?

If ADHD symptoms are affecting your work, studies, relationships or day-to-day life, an assessment is worth having. If you’d like something more concrete first, our free ADHD self-test takes about two minutes and gives you a result you can bring with you.

How soon can I be seen?

Appointments are available weekly. Book online or call 0151 722 1944 and our team will find you the next available slot.
